The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) will organise the PolyU Career Fair 2026 from 2 – 6 March 2026 on the PolyU campus.

We cordially invite your esteemed company / organisation to apply as an exhibitor via this online registration form on or before 23 December 2025. Please note that submission of this online form does NOT guarantee an exhibition booth. All registrations will undergo further review by PolyU, and not all registrations will be accepted. Shortlisted exhibitors will receive a separate confirmation email after the registration deadline.

Shortlisted exhibitors will be provided with a booth with a fascia board and they shall arrange their own promotional materials such as posters, easy banners and leaflets etc.

Rules to Observe by Exhibitors

Please note that the above schedule is tentative and is subject to changes.

PolyU will not accept the following types of employment:

  • independent contracting arrangements (self-employment)
  • multi-level marketing (MLM) companies or businesses that operate by recruiting downline members to sell products or services
  • any work which requires to purchase of a service or product, deposit or similar as a condition of employment
  • charge the applicant for training or start-up fees and/or kits
  • employment contract(s) which charge any fee
  • business operations which violate Hong Kong laws
  • employment practices which contravene Hong Kong labour legislation

PolyU prohibits the following recruitment strategies on campus:

  • entering classrooms or lecture halls during a scheduled class, tutorial or laboratory to promote employment opportunities and/or distribute employment materials
  • using common internal and external areas on campus such as waiting areas, lobbies, alcoves, break rooms, entrances, library, tunnel space, residence lobbies, or eating areas to conduct impromptu recruiting activities
  • postering and/or displaying employment jobs/promotional materials in unauthorised areas or without getting prior permission from PolyU
  • entering residence buildings and posting/distributing employment promotional materials in mailboxes and/or under doors

PolyU prohibits the following practices:

  • conducting activities related to purchase and sales of products or services
  • collecting contact and personal information of PolyU students and alumni for purposes other than their recruitment arrangements
  • disclosing the collected contact or personal information of PolyU students and alumni to other parties for non-recruitment purposes
  • without prior consent, photographing, recording, or disseminating (in any form) images of PolyU students, staff, or third parties on campus during the fair

If any participating company or organisation is found to have breached the above rules, PolyU reserves the right to immediately terminate its participation and may impose penalties, including but not limited to restricting the company/organisation from participating future events. PolyU also reserves the right to pursue compensation for any loss or damage caused by the violation.

Remark: PolyU reserves the right to make any amendments or changes to PolyU Career Fair 2026. In the event of dispute, the decision of PolyU will be final.
